Panchakarma, the five classical purification therapies, is one of Ayurvedas most structured treatment protocols, developed across the Charaka and Sushruta Samhitas.
The five procedures, Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshana, are not interchangeable; each targets a specific dosha and requires its own preparatory phase.
Each therapy is chosen based on individual constitution, administered under supervision, and followed by a structured post-treatment diet.
