Our Teachers: Honoring the Legendary Masters of Kerala Ayurveda
The Ancestral Gurus of Our Lineage
The venerable masters whose direct training and spiritual blessings guide our hospital practice today.
Vaidyan Padmanabhan Asan
The legendary patriarch who established the ancestral Dharma healing clinic in Travancore. Renowned across South Kerala for his extraordinary ability to diagnose internal organ pathologies solely by placing three fingers on the radial artery (Nadi Pariksha) within thirty seconds.
Brahmasree Kesavan Vaidyan
A master scholar of the Ashtanga Hridaya and Charaka Samhita. He dedicated forty years to transcribing and preserving rare clinical palm-leaf manuscripts and refining the preparation of Dhanwantharam Tailam and classical Sneha Kalpanas.
Guru Madhavan Vaidyan
Celebrated authority on Marma Shastra (vital energy points) and traditional Kerala bone-setting (Kalarichikitsa). He instructed our senior doctors in specialized spinal traction techniques, Kati Vasti, and restoring immobilized paralyzed joints without surgery.
The Rigor of the Kerala Gurukula System
In our ancestral Gurukula, medical education was an all-encompassing way of life. Young disciples lived under the roof of the master for over a decade before ever being permitted to write a prescription independently:
Training the Next Generation
At Dharma AyurMana, we continue this sacred pedagogical tradition by mentoring young university-trained Ayurvedic doctors, passing on the tactile diagnostic instincts and ethical integrity of our Gurus.
Heal in the Living Light of Classical Gurus
Our therapies at Dharma AyurMana hospital are executed exactly as our revered teachers taught us—with clinical mastery, absolute purity, and selfless devotion.
